OASES (Outdoor and Sustainability Education Specialists) is an outdoor education organisation based at the EWE Centre at Esh Winning, County Durham, best known for its forest school and beach school training. Its forest bathing courses run in three steps: Level 1 Principles, an introduction over two days; Level 2 Assistant over four days; and Level 3 Leader over six days, for people who want to lead forest bathing programmes safely. The courses carry NOCN qualifications, which makes them the only forest bathing route in the UK on a regulated framework, and they are taught in person in County Durham.
