Forest bathing at Warmley Forest Park

Young broadleaved woodland and open space beside the Bristol and Bath Railway Path, with a free car park and an accessible path.

Warmley Forest Park lies east of Warmley village centre, beside the Bristol and Bath Railway Path. It is owned by South Gloucestershire Council and is part of the Forest of Avon: a mix of young broadleaved woodland and open spaces with plenty of paths to follow. It is not an ancient wood, but it is an easy, local place to spend a quiet hour among trees.

There is a small free car park next to the woodland. A path of about 350m has been laid for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility, which makes this one of the more accessible woodland visits in the area. You can also arrive on foot or by bike along the railway path, which passes the old Warmley station.
